Safety & Content Policy
Subtle exists to make discreet adult connection safer than the alternatives. Safety is non-negotiable and enforced before any introduction is surfaced.
Adults only — zero tolerance for minors
Subtle is strictly 18+. Any indication that a participant may be a minor causes an immediate block, and we cooperate with applicable child-safety reporting obligations. We maintain a zero-tolerance CSAM-prevention posture.
Consent is mandatory
Every meet must be between consenting adults. Coercion, pressure, inability to consent (e.g. heavy intoxication), and non-consensual acts are prohibited and blocked by the safety review.
Automated safety review
Before any dossier reaches a human, a compliance agent audits it for signs of minors, non-consent, coercion, violence beyond mutual agreement, trafficking, illegal activity, or leaked identities — and blocks it if any are present. This runs on every match.
Your safety in the real world
Meeting strangers carries risk. Tell someone where you're going, meet on your terms, and stop at any time. Subtle facilitates an introduction; your safety in person is your own. Report concerns to safety@entersubtle.com.

We act on reports of unsafe or unlawful conduct, including suspension, termination, and referral to authorities where appropriate.
